Processing times

Our processing time is currently 3-5 business days. Often times your order will ship sooner than this, but we are a very small company and order volume can be high, so please allow for up to 5 days. Please note- this is not the time it will take for your package to reach you (see below), this is the time it takes for us to process and pack your order and get it into the mail.

US orders

US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail has an estimated transit time of 2-3 business days. We are located in Central NJ so east cost customers will generally have shorter transit times and those on the west cost will have slightly longer transit times.

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your package ships.

International Orders

International orders ship USPS First Class Package Service (for packages under 4 lbs.) or Priority Mail International (for heavier packages). Transit time varies by country but 10-14 business days is a good estimate. During busy shipping times, such as winter holidays, the transit time can increase to as much as 4-6 weeks.

You will receive an email notification when your package ships, which contains a customs number.

If you live in the following countries, your order is trackable, using that number: Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland

If you live in a country not on that list, your package will not be able to be tracked, but the customs number serves as proof of mailing.

Please note that depending on your country’s policies, you may be charged customs fees, import duties, taxes, or VAT  on your package. These are taxes and fees levied by your government- they are not additional shipping costs. It is illegal for us to mark a package as a “gift” on customs forms or enter a lower value in order to avoid them. Please be aware of  the customs policies for your country before placing an international order.


Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your products should arrive damaged please contact us and we will be happy to send a replacement.
